Sisters Nab Top Honor as Spot Removal Champions
Andrechelle Cermak of EcoClean Carpet Care, Mentor OH and Rachelle Hill of EcoClean Carpet Care, Camden Tennessee teamed up to earn top honors in the 9th annual Spot Master Championship – The Spot and Stain Removal Competition for Professional Carpet Cleaners.
The champions were chosen by a panel of carpet cleaning industry experts serving as judges to have removed the most spots and stains while retaining the best final appearance and texture retention.
Cermak and Hill removed over a dozen of the most challenging spots and stains including grease, mustard, ketchup, syrup, kool-aid, fingernail polish, and ink.
Cermak said “I have been trained by the best of the best and spent countless hours training for this event in our customers homes.“ This years finalists consisted of top cleaning experts from New York, Connecticut, Indiana, North Carolina, Michigan, Pennslyvania, Illinios, Tennessee, and Ohio.

Cleaners Technical Conference 2007
Posted by: | CommentsWe attended the annual Technical Conference for carpet cleaners in Florida last week. This was a very educational event with detailed information about recent changes and updates in our industry. The newest equipment and techniques were also on display.
We also attended the LMCCA Board of Directors meeting. We are proud to be involved with the LMCCA (Low Moisture Carpet Cleaners Association) and excited to help the organization grow and help more carpet cleaners. The LMCCA is still a young but quickly growing organization with a great group of industry leaders driving it for success. We look forward to our future involvement with this fine group and forecast an even brighter future.
Mark Cermak was re-elected LMCCA VP, chair of the Marketing and E-Media committees and Andrechelle Cermak joins Mark on the Executive Committee as she was elected LMCCA Secretary.

We missed the flooding! In Philly Shooting Carpet Cleaning Video
Posted by: | CommentsWe missed “the Flood of the Century” in Lake County Ohio. If you need help with water extraction, give us a call, even though we are out of town, we have a few flood guys in our local network.
We are in Philadelphia PA for a video shoot. We are here helping with the LMCCA’s training video about carpet cleaning machines and methods.
I ended up both behind the cameras (shooting live video and capturing still images), and in front of the cameras, demonstrating proper procedure for several different carpet cleaning machines and carpet cleaning methods.
This unique video will help with training carpet cleaners in carpet cleaning methods they may not have any experience with, or even know existed. I’m very honored to have been asked to assist on so many levels.
